Our Policies

Store Policies

  • All orders with an incorrect address WILL NOT be refunded.
  • Customers will be charged a fee if the item is shipped and sent back due to incorrect address.
  • We will only replace items if they are defective or incorrect and the item is in stock.
  • We are NOT responsible for any customers who mess up their banner placement and we WILL NOT refund for this reason.
  • If an item cannot be replaced, then the purchase price will be refunded.

Return Policies

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Please include a note with your full name and order number to initiate a return process.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Returns must be processed within 14 days of shipment date.

Shipping Policies

  • All orders will be packaged and shipped out within 2 to 5 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number through USPS when your order has been shipped.
  • We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
