Store Policies
- All orders with an incorrect address WILL NOT be refunded.
- Customers will be charged a fee if the item is shipped and sent back due to incorrect address.
- We will only replace items if they are defective or incorrect and the item is in stock.
- We are NOT responsible for any customers who mess up their banner placement and we WILL NOT refund for this reason.
- If an item cannot be replaced, then the purchase price will be refunded.
Return Policies
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Please include a note with your full name and order number to initiate a return process.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Returns must be processed within 14 days of shipment date.
Shipping Policies
- All orders will be packaged and shipped out within 2 to 5 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number through USPS when your order has been shipped.
- We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
